AstraZeneca recently partnered with us to deliver a fun, energising and memorable team reward activity at Alderley Park Conference Centre and the result was a highly engaging Mobile Escape Room experience designed to reconnect colleagues and strengthen cross-department collaboration.
With a small but enthusiastic team of 13 participants, this event showcased just how effective a portable escape room format can be for boosting morale, encouraging communication and providing a refreshing break from day-to-day routines.

AstraZeneca wanted something different something more engaging than traditional corporate activities, fully indoor compatible, and capable of delivering a fun, shared experience within a tight time window. Their goal was simple: give the team a chance to laugh, reconnect and enjoy a challenge together.

What We Delivered
To create an immersive but light-hearted experience, we designed a two-part Escape Room Teambuilding event.
🧩 8 Mobile Escape Room Puzzle Board Stations
These hands-on puzzle boards were set up within the conference centre and required logic, teamwork and communication. Each board presented unique challenges that encouraged participants to collaborate closely.
💼 3 Table Top Flight Case Escape Games – The Bank Heist
Teams dived into a fast-paced tabletop escape mission featuring codebreaking, clue analysis and timed problem-solving.
🏆 Multi-Team Competitive Format
Three teams competed across both activities, rotating through stations while racing to complete each puzzle before the others.
🎤 Fully Facilitated Event
Our experienced team handled setup, facilitation and timing, ensuring a smooth, professional and engaging experience from start to finish.
Atmosphere & Engagement
The session brought an energetic, collaborative buzz to the room. Because each puzzle station was designed for small-group interaction, every team member remained active throughout—no waiting around, no sitting out, just fully engaged teamwork.
The competitive format added excitement, while the mix of puzzle styles kept the challenge fresh and stimulating. For a small group, this format worked exceptionally well—intimate, interactive and incredibly fun.
